Order Status

If your customers supply an email address and agree to accept emails from you, an email can be automatically generated and sent to them once their order begins being processed. This is commonly referred to as an order confirmation email.

Once the order has been metered and is ready to ship, another email can be sent providing the customer with a tracking number. The tracking number can be set with a link directly to the carrier's web site. This allows customers to trace their website, catalog, or call center order from point to point during transit.
